Besides, there are still sliders for body weight and muscle. Even though CAS has been redesigned to be more "tactile" it seems to me it essentially still works on sliders-grabbing a facial feature changes that aspect in one direction or the other. I like seeing distinct life stages because I like seeing my Sim change and grow as they play out their life. Additionally, a big draw of the game, for me, is seeing my Sims go from cradle to grave. At thirteen I reached the same height that I am now as an adult. twojeffs' Simblender does give you the option to set teens as 'independent', but what this really does is force an adult mind into a teen body-in other words, it is. Anyway, sims behavior seems to be tied to their body size/type-therefore a child sim will always behave like a child, unless you can find a hack or mod that makes them do otherwise. You can spend hours and hours looking through various websites, trying to find out whether a given mod is useful or just a waste of time. Oh, okay, you had me scared there for a minute.
